Well, the fancy folks over at Hermes have topped that, creating a handbag that costs 1.5 million Euros, or about $2 million. Here's the kicker -- it barely holds anything!

You see, this miniature version of Hermes' popular Kelly bag is meant to be worn as a bracelet, with the strap resting on the wrist. According to The Daily Mail, the compartment is so small it can't even accommodate a pair of sunglasses, but we doubt the owners are concerned about its utility.

The bracelet/bag, or "baglet" as we call it, is made of rose gold molded to resemble crocodile skin. 1,160 diamonds adorn the purse, upping it's price tag. It took designer Pierre Hardy two years to craft.

The namesake coin is the only branding that I can see from where I'm sitting, and the choice of shiny hardware instead of matte gives it a small pop of Gucci outlet glam. As always, I also can't say no to a good red bag. Good red is, after all, so hard to find.

Karl Lagerfeld, one of St. Tropez's most illustrious part-time residents, has a long-standing affinity for these parts: It's where he spent much of his youth. "And if you've ever seen that classic fifties photo of Karl on the beach, wearing that sexy maillot, you can understand exactly why this place is so special to him," notes André Leon Talley. The larger-than-life Vogue editor was one of about 300 members of the media and guests who descended on St. Tropez this week for a spectacular port-side showing of Chanel Outletl's latest cruise collection.

The tone for the show was set the night before with the premiere screening of Lagerfeld's new 17-minute film, entitled Remember Now. Famous for never looking back, the designer dreamed up a modern-day salute to the hedonistic lifestyle this place is legendary for; it stars famed French actor Pascal Greggory and a cast of red-hot models, It girls and Lagerfeld's 21-year-old male muse, the gorgeous Baptiste Giabiconi. Shot in part at Lagerfeld's own villa in nearby Ramatuelle in a mere three days, the short film revolves around a successful, dashing older man who connects with a gorgeous young woman (played by Elisa Sednaoui). They wind up at the wasted aftermath of a sexually charged soirée. A great way to show off fabulous party clothes, the film also makes Lagerfeld's point about life belonging to the young. "Youth is a lease that's not renewable," remarks one of the characters in the film.

"This film is all me," Lagerfeld proudly explained on his way out of the theatre. The 70-something designer even makes a cameo in the film, which, he hinted, might be a harbinger of bigger cinematic projects he would like to tackle.

"He's a great director," said Leigh Lezark, the raven-haired female member of New York-based DJ trio the Misshapes. "He's so easy and fun to work with, and he always knows exactly what he wants," she added, referring to her casting by Lagerfeld as a young Coco Chanel Outlet in the film's opening scene.

The seasoned Greggory concurred. "I think he really has a great eye. If Tom Ford can make a great feature film, why shouldn't Karl be able to one day? He's a true artist, with a strong vision, and he's very sensitive to people," he said.

From flowing psychedelic-print pastel chiffon dresses to vibrant crocheted pant ensembles and jumpsuits to sparkling little signature tweed jackets, there was an appealing air of casual chic to the presentation that felt very seventies – and very accessible.

The finale saw Georgia May Jagger roaring down the runway on the back of a big motorbike to the sound of the Stones' Let's Spend the Night Together. It was another effective Lagerfeld effort at time travel, giving a nod to the past, celebrating the here and now and fearlessly forging into the future. "Karl is just so clear about everything," said brand ambassador Vanessa Paradis. "That's why he's so brilliant at what he does."

"I find the lifestyle here to be very inspiring. It keeps one young," Lagerfeld commented post show. "And I've always loved the light in St. Tropez. It's very magical."

The magic continued into the wee hours with an after party at VIP Room, one of the designer's favourite local haunts and also a location in his film. As if on cue, everyone let our hair down, tripping the light fantastic to the electro-pop beat. "This is what is so great about what Karl does for Chanel," said Teen Vogue's Andrew Bevan, having just seen his first Chanel Outlet show. "He offers something for every age, from 16 to 86. He'll show a little tweed jacket over a gold bikini top. That's the way the teenage girl might wear it. But her grandmother can always just go for the jacket."

And was the St. Tropez nightlife agreeing with the young editor? "Well, we're planning on going on all night, so I'll let you know!" he laughed.

I was momentarily miffed at the assumption that I wouldn't be up for all-night carousing, but I quickly snapped back to reality, sensibly returning to my hotel well before the sun came up.

According to Lagerfeld, my "lease" might have expired a while ago, but at least his house provided me with plenty of fodder for dreaming about the good life on the Riviera, even if I couldn't live every last minute of it.

The sensations of freshness and exuberance which are typical of an eau de Cologne - it often replaced water in old-fashioned toilet rituals - are present in the head notes but rendered more discreet and suave, in the register of a conversation held in polite voices in a living room where noises are habitually sunk into a very high quality carpet; the iris that one can smell better in the depth of the composition contributes as usual its patrician feeling of elegance suggestive of a murmur more than resounding laughters pealing at the foot of a fountain where washerwomen gather.        

A woodsy note of cedar appears behind this fresh opening recalling at this stage the Eau de Cologne by Thierry Mugler (2001) composed by Alberto Morillas, a reference modern cologne as I realize more and more as I discover its numerous descendants. 

A third key tonality escapes from the composition, that of a black cumin/carvi note bringing its ambiguous scent of human skin perspiring with heat and emotion under the sun of the Tropics. One thinks at this point of Eau d'Hermès composed by Edmond Roudnitska, a perfume which could lure you into thinking it is light going by its name only but which is in reality a fiery water, sensual, evocative oh-so-much of immodest flesh. As a matter of course, I also think and perhaps even more so, of the way the cumin note was treated in Kingdom by Alexander McQueen (2003) signed by Jacques Cavallier, a perfume also well-known for its note of rumpled sheets.  

I remember reading or perhaps seeing a picture of perfumer Jacques Polge working by his blotters and next to a tray carrying the market's latest launches. The Chanel Outlet nose readily confesses not to work in a vacuum nor to rely on field trips to the countryside frequented by the Impressionists, but to look for inspiration in the fragrances themselves. In the book by perfume historian Annick Le Guérer Le parfum des origines à nos jours (Perfume, from its origins to the present day) one even finds a quote which explains this conscious genealogical approach very explicitly. Thus, Jacques Polge when he explains what French perfumery is about by contrast with the American one interprets the first as being more willingly obedient to tradition and perhaps even, one might gather, one which feels it was entrusted with the duty to transmit a patrimonial heritage. Hence - and here I am quickly summarizing his position - "To create something new in perfumery, you must have integrated what exists already."      

The Eau de Cologne by Chanel Outlet is in my view exemplary of this reflective approach: it seems to offer first its beautiful charms, that is its natural ingredients of high quality for which Chanel is famous in the beginning of the development, then thinking further it borrows from the musky and diffusive cologne by Mugler and finally, it counterbalances this clean white musk note with the more carnal note of rubbing of bodies as of to pay an obligatory homage to Gallic sensuality.  

These wefts are weaved to end up offering an eau de Cologne which is subtle but not ethereal, with dry but also rounder fruity notes, and which is both elegant and a bit reckless. This could be the perfume of an English lady in a novel by Agatha Christie where a murder needs to be solved in the shades of white capelines and the immaculate sails of a yacht gliding slowly down the Nile.  

Therefore, I see it less as a Grand Siècle cologne than an exotic, spicy one, a little mysterious due to its discreet tonalities, both solar and luxuriously calm. It smells not so much of the neroli of the gardens of Versailles than it ends up evoking a hotel room in a tropical country, heavy with still air, barely shaken by a lazy and indifferent ceiling fan, a scene which represents the fist stage in the disorientation of the senses and life in an adventure story. The fact that one leaves the living rooms of the rue Cambon to find oneself in Le salaire de la peur or in Death on the Nile, or in a spice market, or at least that an ambivalence can be felt by the nose is not surprising in my view if we take into account the fact that the original formula was supervised by Chanel herself. The realistic hardness - Vionnet offered chairs to her workers, Chanel Outlet, stools - social adventurism, and even her past of great mistress, if not of high-profile concubine, of rich and influential men is part of her history. The spirit of creativity and vision of Chanel are themselves less reducible but at least one cannot be surprised to perceive blatant sensuality as well as an element of prosaism - a whiff of the anti-clean, anti-soap here, although she had adamantly wanted to integrate the smell of soap into the No.5 - in an Eau de Cologne authentically signed by well-lived Chanel.

Her love for gardenia, her fetish flower, could point in that direction, at once full of elegance and exotic languor incompletely fulfilled. Names of Chanel perfumes like Bois des Iles, Sycomore, Gardenia, Coromandel and Chanel's iconic taste for Chinese lacquered windscreens are like vistas onto the discreet tradition of exoticism at Chanel.

Explaining why he decided to sign up Georgia May, Hudson's David Lipman said: 'It's about her genes  -  both literally and figuratively. It's about the heritage of having Mick Jagger as a dad and Jerry Hall as a mum. But more than anything, it's her spirit that captivates me.'
But unlike many of her fellow models, who often enjoy a sociable drink after a shoot, Georgia May has been banned from partying by her father Mick - in a bid to get her to concentrate on her A-levels in sociology, photography and art, which she is due to start this month. 

And, unsurprisingly, Georgia isn't the only member of the Jagger offspring to have forayed into modelling.
Her older sister Elizabeth, 26, was previously the face of high street store Marks & Spencer and makeup brand Lancome.
Elizabeth recently revealed in an interview that despite turning down the chance to pose for Playboy when she was 16, she is now keen to pose topless before she has children.
She told The Telegraph: 'I didn't have a problem with topless, and now, at 26, I'm thinking I should do naked pictures before I have children. Still, if it's quite sexual… You do have to have boundaries.'

Douglas Kirkland writes in his introduction, "This is about who she was, who I was and how she affected my life." At age 27, Kirkland, a photojournalist on assignment for Look Magazine, met Chanel Outlet Store, who was 79 at the time, and chronicled three weeks in her life in 1962.

Through a series of black and white photographs that are as luscious, mannered and utterly Chanel-esque, Kirkland opens the readers' eye to behind the runway scenes and rare personal moments.

Kirkland writes of his disciplined approach to his photography, "Is the exposure right and the focus? Am I at the best angle and in the right place?" As with Chanel's dedication to recognizing the desire and needs of her clientele, Kirkland believes in listening and being "sensitive" to his subject as he peers through his viewfinder looking for the "perfect" frame.  Designer and photographer both honor the heart of their work with a shared and determined goal - the love of their subject and desire to create absolute beauty.

Judith Thurman, literary critic for The New Yorker magazine and biographer of Colette and Isak Dinesen, has penned an elegant foreword, worthy of the designer and photographer. Her words capture the essence of Chanel and Kirkland and the intersection of their worlds. "...Their art is tender. It keeps faith with an ideal of beauty, which they refuse to fetishize."

In six short pages of text written 50 years after the meeting, Kirkland reflects back to 1962 and packs his paragraphs with an intense amount of biographical information about Coco Chanel. He writes of her interest in horse racing and gossip. He reminisces of lunch at her apartment at The Ritz and a visit to Versailles. And then the reader turns the page to begin the photo essay with Chanel, dressed in signature style, walking to her Paris atelier.
